Event Tickets & Experiences

Event tickets and experiences offered via XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD are sourced within an open and fluctuating secondary market. Prices may change at any time prior to confirmation.

Quoted prices are indicative only and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. For the most up-to-date pricing, members may be required to confirm directly with XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD prior to payment.

XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD reserves the right, where possible, to provide ticket upgrades at no additional charge. Such upgrades are discretionary and not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise stated, ticket quotations are provided on a per-person basis and typically assume tickets are purchased in pairs.

For odd numbers, larger groups, or high-demand events, pricing and availability may vary.

For group bookings (four or more attendees), tickets may not always be located in consecutive seats or the same row. If seating together is a strict requirement, this must be communicated in advance. XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD will advise whether such arrangements are possible but does not guarantee group seating unless expressly confirmed in writing.

All ticket and experience purchases are final once confirmed and paid.

Due to the nature of ticket sourcing and third-party commitments, XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD retains full discretion in relation to refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, save where required by applicable law.

Certain events require guest names to be submitted in advance, often by a fixed deadline set by the venue or organiser.

Where this applies, XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD will notify the client. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate guest details within the required timeframe. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without refund.

XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not responsible for changes made by event organisers, including but not limited to:

• Date or time changes
• Venue changes
• Weather disruption
• Event postponement or cancellation

Where an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Where an event is cancelled without rescheduling, outcomes will be determined by the organiser's policy. XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD may assist in facilitating any available remedy but does not guarantee refunds.

Clients must retain original tickets where events are rescheduled.

In the unlikely event that entry to an event is refused, XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD will not offer compensation unless verifiable evidence is provided. This may include written confirmation from the venue together with the original unused tickets.

XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD operates as an independent curator and facilitator of access to events and experiences.

XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not affiliated with any official box office or event organiser. Some tickets may be priced above face value due to market demand.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Payments are taken immediately upon confirmation
• All prices are charged in GBP unless otherwise stated
• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received

Where a client requests assistance in reselling tickets they can no longer use, XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD may, at its discretion, attempt to facilitate resale.

Resale values are subject to market conditions and may be lower than the original purchase price. XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD does not guarantee resale or recovery of funds and is not liable for any reduction in value or failure to resell.

Tickets may not be promoted, advertised, or resold externally without XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD's prior written consent.

Ticket delivery methods vary by event and may include:

• Electronic (PDF)
• Mobile transfer
• App-based access
• Physical delivery (where applicable)

Delivery timing cannot always be guaranteed and may occur close to the event date, including on the day of the event.

In some cases, tickets may be accessible only via the original purchaser's account or a designated app. Clients are responsible for complying with any access requirements communicated.

XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD reserves the right to amend or substitute elements of any experience where necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond its control.

Where material changes occur, XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD will act reasonably to inform the client and, where appropriate, provide suitable alternatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD accepts no liability for acts or omissions of event organisers, venues, or third-party providers
• Attendance at events is at the client's own risk
• XLDN TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or consequential costs arising from event attendance

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
